Our Cherry Blossom syrup is an homage to our hometown, Washington D.C. It's made with sour cherry juice, whole leaf sencha green tea, and an infusion of rose petals. Blossom is the name of the game here, with a flavor profile that's delicate and floral. When we say it's springtime in a glass, we mean it.
P.S. The first Cherry Blossom trees in the U.S were planted in D.C. in 1912 as a gift from Japan. The trees symbolize the close friendship between the two nations, which we still honor today. The annual Cherry Blossom Festival is one of D.C.'s most celebrated events, with over 700,000 people gathering to admire the iconic blooming trees.
Use it with vodka or gin and soda to make a bright springtime cocktail, or with whiskey as a light cherry-infused old fashioned base. Each bottle makes 16 drinks. Refrigerate after opening, lasts 6-12 months after opening in the fridge.
